Frequent Asked Questions

Q.I'm attending online. Can I still receive a certificate of completion?

A.Yes, you can! For attendees who participate in at least 80% of all Slido polls throughout the conference, we email certificates of completion following the event. Be sure to complete your Slido user profile in order to qualify.

Q.Why don't the Slido questions match what I'm seeing on YouTube?

A.You may need to refresh your YouTube browser window. Many users find that the longer a YouTube live stream is open, the more it starts to lag over time. Refreshing the browser should fix the issue.

Q.The Slido app is stuck. What should I do?

A.If Slido seems to be stuck or not working properly, please try to refresh your browser window.

Q.I don't see my initials in the top-right of the Slido webapp. What do I do?

A.It looks like Slido doesn't know who you are. Click on the avatar icon and update all of your user information. Be sure it is accurate, because this is the only way we can grant you a Certificate of Completion at the end of the event.

Q.Why are these presentations missing the correct answers to questions?

A.There are two versions of each presentation: A pre-training version available prior to the event, and a post-training version we will make available from the QRP Training page following the conclusion of the event. To encourage full participation during the live event, only the post-training version of the presentation includes the correct answers.
